HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM

Registration fee is €150.00 that includes Saturday lunch and Gala dinner, and Sunday lunch. Hotel accommodation is not included. After submitting your registration form, we kindly request that a deposit of at least €100.00 be made to the MFC account given below. The rest of the amount may be transferred not later than September 10, 2023.

Rooms of single or double occupancy are reserved for us at Novotel at a discounted rate including breakfast VAT and City Tax. We also reserved rooms at the nearby hotels (Ibis/Mercure Hotel) that are just three stops with the Tram, away from the venue. Tram ticket costs €1.20 one way.
